Welcome to Fallston Veterinary Clinic, serving the dogs and cats of the mid-Atlantic region since 1979. Our services include wellness exams, vaccinations, microchipping, health and travel certifications, allergy and dermatology testing, laser therapy, x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, surgery including spay and neuter, laser surgery, cherry eye repair, pet dentals, pain management, and more! We are open six days a week and we can't wait to meet you and your pet!

Fallston Veterinary Clinic has multiple private exam rooms where your pet will be examined by one of our experienced veterinarians.
The facility at Fallston Veterinary Clinic houses an on-site pharmacy to give our clients convenient and direct access to a wide range of medications their pets may need.
Our treatment area is used for a range of veterinary services, such as administering vaccines, preparing for surgeries, and performing nail trims.
Fallston Veterinary Clinic offers comprehensive surgical care, including spays and neuters, as well as more advanced surgical procedures.
Our hospitalized patients are located in our treatment area, so they are always being monitored by our incredible staff.
At Fallston Veterinary Clinic we have two surgical suites to accommodate the variety of surgeries we provide.
At Fallston Vet Clinic we offer digital radiography to provide quick and detailed imaging.
Fallston Veterinary Clinic has an in-house laboratory allowing our team to quickly test blood samples with accuracy.
In addition, we are able to monitor every step of the testing process in our in-house lab, and interpret test results faster.
X-rays provide valuable information about a pet’s bones, gastrointestinal tract (stomach, intestines, colon), respiratory tract (lungs), heart, and genitourinary system (bladder, prostate).

Healthy eyes are clear and bright. Using an ophthalmoscope, Dr. Prange examines the eyes for scratches and abrasions.
Dr. Prange gently takes a peek at a patient’s teeth and gums for signs of dental disease.
