Cyclists can explore the Raccoon River Valley Trail, an 89-mile paved loop connecting 14 central Iowa communities, the Bill Riley Trail, and the Greenbelt Trail. For mountain biking, Center Trails offers singletrack through Greenwood/Ashworth Park. For winter sports, Seven Oaks Recreation offers downhill skiing and snowboarding.
