E-Ville Spirits Wine and Liquor has been open since December 2003. The Carscallen Family, from Buffalo, NY, wanted to enhance the quality of wines in Ellicottville. This family has been coming to Ellicottville for years skiing and enjoying the atmosphere of this town. Shannon Carscallen, had the vision for this store to sell unique and enjoyable wines at all price points. Shannon only brings wine and liquor into her store that she and her staff have tasted and approved of it.

Our Mission
To find wines people can enjoy and ensure customers are always welcomed and appreciated in our store. We want everyone to be happy with their wine selection. We feel “the wine” completes the meal, event, or any special moment.

Opening Times
Mon-Thu 10am-7pm, Fri-Sat 10am-8pm, Sun 12pm-6pm
