DeMarcos opened on December 9, 1975 mixing and baking hand-rolled artesian bread in a traditional brick oven. Over the next thirty years DeMarcos has grown into a gourmet deli as well, adding a full line of Boars Head meat products, gourmet dishes and a wonderful catering menu.Since 1974, DeMarcos Catering has been providing the best of quality Italian bakery goods, catering, and deli items for Matawan, New Jersey and surrounding areas.
