Dr. Day is a sports medicine physician at Rochester Regional Health. He was born and raised in Rochester, NY and graduated from Greece Arcadia High School. His interest in sports medicine began during his undergrad at Penn State University where he played varsity and club baseball. He earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Family Medicine residency in Johnson City, NY during which he was peer-elected to chief resident. From there, Dr. Day traveled to Virginia Tech and Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, to complete his sports medicine fellowship.
