Kept my car for 3 weeks, little to no communication. When we called to check, we were given the run around and told a different story. Three weeks later still no repairs. The lady at the front is obviously on some kind of power trip and very rude and unprofessional. She informed me I would not get my car back until she released it. Whose car is it anyway!
