I should be happy and excited with the finished project because it does look nice, but I’ve been so upset and disappointed with so many things. Glad he came back to fix the issues with the project the next morning after we contacted him regarding several concerns and he cleaned up a bit afterwards. I was beyond upset and disappointed with how the project was left. He said he wasn’t a cleaner, which we didn’t expect after the way the project was left each day, but with a little cleaning each day (sweeping the floor and wiping down the tub) then it would not have been as bad. The floor was so bad one day that I swept it myself to avoid stepping on something. My husband and I spent at least 3 hours one evening scrubbing the tub to get it clean. We paid a lot of money for this project so we expected the quality to be a lot better on Monday when the project was claimed to be finished even though there were many concerns/issues. We were thankful he did not charge us extra to fix the concerns/issues and it looked a lot better afterwards. However, there are still issues that need fixed that were not present prior to the project, which I will have to pay for and fix unfortunately.

Also I have quite a lot of deco band left (9 sheets) and a metal piece called Schluter Rondec that we were told was needed for this project and the place that it was ordered from called Daltile will not let us return it unless we want to pay a $250 restocking fee, which is absurd. There is so much more I could say regarding this company and the overall project. After reading and trusting past reviews on here, I have realized that a lot has changed from a year ago when those reviews were posted and even professionals cannot be trusted. I just hope he treats others better and does not leave them upset and disappointed, which is the hardest to fix.
