Dr. Terry Kelly attended the University of Illinois, received his dental degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, and completed prosthodontics residency at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. After completing his fellowship training at MD Anderson Cancer Center, he started the maxillofacial prosthetic program at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa where he served as Director of Maxillofacial Prosthetics & Dental Oncology.

As a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Kelly worked with cancer and reconstructive surgeons to provide dental implant treatment to head and neck cancer patients.
