A perfect chance for you to spend some quality time with your partner. Our couples massage is different from all other types of massages as it involves two individuals and two massage therapists. Just like with any massage, this massage type can have physical, mental, and emotional benefits. A couples massage is a shared experience – a massage that can be shared with a partner, relative, or close friend. The massage therapists will start at the same time and coordinate the treatment for the couple.

Everyone has different traits. Part of being an individual means having your own individual shape and size, your own stressors, ache and pains, physical needs, and ailments. It only makes sense to have your own personal care and relief for your own personal needs. Massaging is all about personalized attention, care, and healing.

The full body massage targets all the major areas of the body that are most subject to strain and discomfort including the neck,back, arms, legs, and feet. If you need an area of the body that you feel needs extra consideration, such as an extra sore neck or back, feel free to make your massage therapist aware and they will be more than willing to accommodate you.

Reflexology, called "Zone Therapy" using gentle to firm finger pressure to an acupressure point on the feet ankles and legs to relieve plantar fasciitis.

Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearms, feet, or a device. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain.
