Located on the CVMC campus on the lower level of the Center for Rehabilitation, our 15,000 square foot Fitness Plus health and fitness center features state of the art fitness equipment, warm exercise pool & classes, group fitness classes, corrective exercise, personal training and private swimming lessons.

Opening Times
Mon-Fri 5am-7pm, Sat 8am-12pm, Sun Closed (Effective Tuesday, March 17, Fitness Plus will be closed as we take an overabundance of caution to practice social distancing and limit exposure among groups during our Coronavirus response plan.)
