The client's asphalt was over 20 years old, turning grey and cracking.
The Client, a management company for a 55+ Community in Bloomfield, wanted 25,000 linear ft cracks filled.
The client wanted to replace catch basin to keep parking lot from eroding. CDS Asphalt Services repointed and patched around the catch basin, saving the client thousands of dollars and a day of downtime due to being unable to use the loading dock.

The client wanted a "like new" refreshed asphalt look for their 3,000 sq ft driveway. CDS Asphalt Services applied one coat of coal tar sealer on a 3,000 sq ft residential driveway.
