Belinda is BayPort’s Lead Financial Educator and a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor by the Credit Union National Association. She has dedicated over a decade to helping our community improve their financial wellness through in-person and virtual workshops, as well as working 1:1 with members throughout the community. She holds an MBA from the University of Lynchburg and a BS in Business Management from Liberty University. Her passion and commitment have awarded BayPort the honor of being named #1 in Virginia for its adult education outreach.
