Family Medicine Center provides the full spectrum of care for family practice and internal medicine including health maintenance, obstetrics, immunizations, minor procedures, x-ray and treatment of patients through the entire lifespan.
For the convenience of our patients, South Bend Medical Foundation provides laboratory services at a satellite location in our building from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The lab is closed for lunch from 1 to 2 p.m.
