Our firm was established in 1984 as Breck Barton & Associates, P.A. by Attorney, Breck Barton. At that time Mr. Barton had 8 years prior experience in the accident and injury litigation field and, after a substantial tenure with his old firm, determined he could better serve his clients by instituting his own law firm.

In August of 2021, our firm name changed from Breck Barton & Associates. P.A. to Barton Atkinson & Murdoch, P.C. Our Attorneys and support staff, are highly experienced in many areas of the law and are committed to the best interests of our clients. Both Mr. Barton and Mr. Atkinson speak Spanish and are able to help and communicate with people who may feel more comfortable speaking Spanish.
