Barrington Orthopedic Specialists was established in 1980 by founder Dr. Keith Schroeder, Orthopedic Surgeon. His philosophy, which remains today, is to treat patients as you would want to be treated. It all begins with listening to our patients and taking the time to perform a thorough evaluation in order to make an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

The practice has grown through the years and offers an impressive roster of orthopedic surgeons, podiatric surgeons, and physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists all committed to providing exceptional care. Our physicians use cutting-edge technology to assess, diagnose, and work closely with patients to develop an innovative treatment plan for a variety of orthopedic conditions and injuries. Barrington Orthopedic Specialists offers additional in-house services which includes a Rehabilitation Department at all locations offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, work conditioning, functional capacity evaluations and fitness enhancement programs. Our Schaumburg location offers an Immediate Orthopedic Care, Ambulatory Surgery Center and MRI services.
