I will usually get work done and to my clients within 10 business days. My clients are the lifeblood of my practice, and I strive to keep them happy.I am a sole practitioner based in Mansfield, OH. My areas of practice are:~ Wills~ Trusts P~ Powers of Attorney~ Living wills~ Asset Protection~ Estate Administration ~ Corporate law I help clients protect their assets at death so those assets will pass to their heirs by designing an estate plan that will meet their needs.Also, I help clients set up their business and guide them through the legal challenges that are presented by owing and operating a business regardless of the type of entity. Additionally, I advise clients how to protect their business so it can pass to their heirs. I write operating agreements, corporate bylaws, buy-sell agreements, key man agreements, set up both LLCs and Corporations, and generally advise my business clients.
