Complete Fitness stands out with its unique outdoor "prison yard" gym, personal training, power lifting, body building, boxing, and cardio kickboxing classes. Now, they're expanding with American Muscle Oakville, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Each location offers family-friendly amenities like free daycare, a relaxing sauna, and a smoothie bar, making fitness both accessible and enjoyable.
