We are Allstar Electrical Experts, Inc., and we are currently looking for an Entry Level office person/ customer service rep. / Dispatcher for our growing office work load.

This is a full time position, 35 Hours a week, Daytime Hours -. (Exact Schedule to be determined) .

Looking to fill immediately!

Duties include but are not limited to exceptional customer service with talking to customers on the phone, dispatching technicians, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, data entry, accounts receivable invoice entering, and billing.

Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office, basic accounting software, and able to learn our software quickly (we will train). Minimum 50 wpm typing speed. Looking for Positive, upbeat, self-motivated, team players that are adaptable and able to think quickly and resolve situations.

The following requirements MUST be met
** Must be able to pass a drug test
** Must be able to pass a complete criminal background check
** Must have reliable transportation
** Successful work history with references
