Dr. Lowy’s career in treating foot and ankle conditions began when he was in high school at Boys’ Latin School of Maryland. There he became a part of the Athletic Training staff at one of the most competitive athletic high school in Maryland. He then attended the University of Delaware and graduated with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science. Dr. Lowy received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Following school, he completed his surgical residency at Hoboken University Medical Center, a prestigious program known for its intense trauma and complex foot & ankle reconstruction exposure. There he became specialized in conservative & surgical treatment of various foot & ankle disorders.
