I've always wanted to take care of the aging population; make them feel heard and important, not rushed during their appointments. I have great respect with my elders and just a background, we don't have nursing homes in the Philippines, so it's sad for me to see some families bringing their parents in the nursing homes because they don't know how to take care of them. I want to help them understand their chronic conditions and involve their whole family in the process so they can receive the compassionate care they truly deserve.
