Thermography lets us see into the infrared spectrum revealing hidden anomalies that the human eye and standard visual inspections can not see. One of the biggest threats to a commercial roof is water; it can get trapped under the roof system. Leading to mold, mildew, or roof damage resulting in leaks into the building, potentially damaging equipment, or total roof failure. Orthomosaic Photography is the process of stitching hundreds or thousands of photos together to create a single cohesive orthomosaic image. The process consists of a pre-programmed flight, taking photos at a set interval at a low altitude to capture high-resolution pictures of the desired area. The individual images are then stitched together to produce a very high-resolution photo that can be significantly zoomed into while still retaining high levels of detail.
