Tarantino Properties, Inc.

I'm not sure where to begin. I was a tenant in one of their residential rental properties for a little over 10 years. My first interaction with Tarantino was when they first took over the property and left an eviction notice on my door. This was interesting because I had just left the Army and paid my entire year's rent up front. When I called, they apologized and said "we haven't finished going over the books yet". SMH. I'll skip the next decade of horrible communication, unprofessional name-calling, and insanely long delays in work orders. When I finally moved out, there was an excess rent credit as well as the security deposit. By law, that is due to be refunded within 30 days of surrendering the property. 45 days later, I finally recieve the check. (Oh, there was a delay on their end; so sorry.) Now this morning, my bank account is severely overdrawn. Why? Because their check was returned. Now I have to go deal with this and hope they fix it before I get hit with overdraft fees. Bottom line, I do not ever recommend doing business with Tarantino Properties. They are unprofessional at best and incompetent at worst.
